Addresses & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weekends or the time the order is received. All weekday orders will be processed within 24 business hours. For credit or debit card payments, the billing address must match the address associated with the card.

Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Slim™ Spray offers a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. Items may be returned within 90 days for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging, with an RGA number obtained from our customer service. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with returns. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet return conditions, and customers must pay for return shipping if they wish to retrieve these items.

Warranty Details

Slim™ Spray’s Limited Warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Physical damage from water, fire, or shipping
  • Negligence, misuse, or improper storage
  • Operating outside of specified environmental conditions
  • Use of non-approved items in conjunction with Slim™ Spray products
  • Acts of God or normal wear and tear

Slim™ Spray is not liable for lost wages or income resulting from product defects or delays. We are also not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime. Our customer service team is available to assist with technical support Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, excluding holidays.

Using Third-Party Products

We recommend using only Slim™ Spray-approved items in conjunction with our products. Use of non-approved items may cause damage and may void the warranty.

To Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Slim™ Spray customer support within the warranty timeframe and provide the following information to validate your claim:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • Problem Description
  • Lot Number (if applicable)
Shipping Details

Pre-authorization is required before returning any item. Slim™ Spray recommends using the original packaging. We are not responsible for parts lost or damaged in transit due to improper packing.

Slim™ Spray reserves the right to limit quantities, impose conditions on promotions, or refuse service at our discretion.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

Order confirmation indicates receipt of your order but does not guarantee availability or price confirmation. While Slim™ Spray makes every effort to accurately display product information, there may be occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information without prior notice. If an item's correct price is lower than listed, you will be charged the lower amount; if higher, we will cancel your order and notify you.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for products purchased on the Site pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
