Shipping currently available to the USA only.
At Slim™ Spray, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping terms to understand our processes and ensure a seamless delivery.
Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Verification: For security, all orders are subject to review and verification. We may contact you to verify your order details if any issues arise.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs, which may include, but may not be limited to:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. All delivery estimates are subject to change depending on your location and the carrier’s shipping capacity.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, location, and the weight of your order. All rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Terms and availability will be communicated via our website and other marketing materials. Free shipping offers apply only to specific products and locations and may be limited to Standard Shipping.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to customers within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future; please check back for updates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment via the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Slim™ Spray is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
Delays and Issues with Delivery
While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, carrier delays, or holidays may impact delivery times. Slim™ Spray is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we are happy to assist in tracking and resolving any issues with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Slim™ Spray is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or arranging for a signature confirmation if necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Slim™ Spray Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for assessment. We will work to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
