Return Eligibility

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
